Purchasing and Shipping Terms

Orders will be processed in the order they are received. Depending on availability, we normally ship within 2 to 3 business days from our New Jersey warehouse. Please understand that 2-day shipping and / or overnight shipping applies after the 2 to 3 business days for processing the orders.  Thereafter, please allow UPS, USPS, and / or FedEx 8 to 10 business days to receive your order. Additionally, UPS, USPS, and FedEx do not count weekends for overnight shipping, 2-day shipping, or 3-day shipping. They count business days only.  In case we do not have an item in stock we will order it from Germany which may take 10 to 12 weeks. Backorders will ship immediately once they are received in our warehouse. We will not charge additional shipping fees for backorder shipments.

At our discretion, we may ship via UPS or FedEx Ground or the US Postal Service. Shipping charges to the Continental USA are $ 8.75 for orders up to $ 49.99, $ 11.95 for orders from $ 50.00 through $ 99.99 and $ 13.95 for orders of $ 100.00 and up. Customers from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands please add $ 10.00 to the respective charge. Charges are based on the undiscounted full retail price of the articles. International customers, APO / FPO addresses and customers residing in US Territories in the Pacific please e-mail your order to to inquire about actual shipping costs.

For online orders we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER or AMERICAN EXPRESS and PayPal. NJ residents must add 6 5/8% sales tax. We will only charge your credit card when items are actually ready to be shipped.

Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your merchandise *. Please contact us for a RMA number for exchanges and returns. All requests for returns must be made and received within 30 days of the original shipping date. The box must include the RMA number. Please include a note with the reason for your return or inquire about details by emailing us at or calling us at 888-269-1513. Be sure to include your order number in the communication.

If we shipped defective or wrong merchandise we will reimburse you for the return shipping charges and we will exchange the item for the exact same product, same size, color, and ruling. If we shipped the correct merchandise but you are dissatisfied we will refund the full value of the merchandise only (not the origional shipping charge)  if returned in sellable condition with all packaging materials. A restocking fee may apply if we need to inspect returned merchandise .

Important: We cannot accept returns which are improperly packaged and reach us in damaged condition and do not have a RMA number included on the box. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you return merchandise in the same packaging that you received it in. We suggest insuring your return shipment.

Items purchased from unauthorized resellers do not qualify for the warranty and customer service provisions from LEUCHTTURM1917 stated above as it is uncertain if these goods are genuine.

Warranties are not transferable.


* Dated merchandise: Please understand that yearly planners and custom embossed items are NOT RETURNABLE.   

Planners are available on a first come - first serve basis.  Therefore, we are not responsible  in the event we run out of a color or a certain style planner.   


EMBOSSING GUIDELINES:   A $ 10.00 fee will be added to the notebook price for embossing. 

Please understand that the Embossing will be located at the lower right corner of the book.

Two lines maximum for embossing. If requesting two lines, the first line will be centered above the second line unless stated in the comments section.

Grotesque is the only font style available.

Some foil colors may not be available; we will match it with the closest color.  

The use of special characters is not possible while embossing.  

Please understand that we will not emboss  profanity, vulgarity, offensive words, or demonic quotes or sayings. 

Due to the thickness and size of the daily, master planner, we regret to inform you that it cannot be embossed. 

Custom / embossing is NON REFUNDABLE. 

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will use your personal data for processing your order. However, with the exception of the shipping provider (UPS, FedEx, or the US Postal Service), we will not share or sell your personal data with other companies or organizations for marketing or any other reasons. We may send you a limited number of special offers or catalog updates throughout the year but will stop doing so if you let us know that you no longer wish to receive them.

Your personal data, such as name, address and credit card information, are transmitted to our web server via a secure and encrypted connection in SSL mode (secure socket layer).
